We uses a unique method for CRCA Sheet for ideal Pre-treatment with Nine Tanks process. We use Bus Bar of EC91E Electrolytic Grade, from HINDALCO / Equivalent make and cross sectional area is chosen on the basis of Bus Bar calculation for adequate current carrying capacity & necessary temperature rise duration. Bus bars are braced rigidly to with stand Short Circuit Fault with SMC supports & housed in an electroplated 'C' & 'U' channels. A separate earth Bus of Cu/G.I. is provided throughout the length of the panel. The doors & covers are separately earthed with the body of Panels. We have got three stages of quality inspection:- 1. Raw Material Test at Input. 2. In-Process Test while assembly. 3. Final Test prior to dispatch

Retrofitted Emission Control Device is attached to the Exhaust of DG Silencer and Automatic OBD Controller Panel will be mounted near DG set to reduce the PM emissions as per guidelines. Our RECD act as diesel fume mitigation device. It is highly efficient on mist, smoke & diesel fume removal to keep surrounding air clean & healthy environment. Unlike bag or box filters that remove only large particle, Our device technology electrically charges both large & microscopic particles resulting discharged air have no oil mist, grease or hazardous particle. RECD PREVENTS FOLLOWING:- Temperature inversion and global climate changes due to the emissions of greenhouse gases to the atmosphere. Pollutants are directly associated with the onset and progression of lung and heart diseases. Air pollution causes acid rain which leads to serious environmental damage.
